4. Finally, you will need people to help you. After all, your company should grow. You need to predict when and what responsibilities you will need to delegate and outsource to others. If somebody can do it as well as you for cheaper hourly rate – outsource the task.
Statistics shows companies that have female representation in CEOs are doing 20% to 65 % better than those who rely solely on men. Evidently, you can contribute to any MLM business, provided you show the best you know and learn what you can. Our society longs to equal representation not only in legal and social areas but in business too.
