Outsource Solutions

Outsourcing is how to optimize your time; how to find the right people. You have to work smarter; not harder! Eventualy you gonna burn out if you are alone. There is two things in this business; you either spend time or money. You have to learn to delegate your time. You got to generate your leads. You got to get your people going.

The main thing with outsourcing is getting more time for you; so you can get on more projects. Seriously build you business to a high level. And do multiple aspects of marketing.

Take one or two techniques to start and then outsource those item. For exemple take Article Marketing, do it yourself first; then outsource it. You need to monitor your people in outsourcing. This is a global business and time is precious in setting up your business; everyday lost day is money lost in the bank. It will give you time to develop new ideas; be one step ahead.

Focus on what you do best. You might say “No one can’t do it as well as I can”. Probably true, but meantime you can sign up 10 more peoples. You cannot write an article a day for a long period of time; you are going to have a burnout. They might screw things up; that’s possible. You fix it; give a little more instructions. If it doesn’t work, you get somebody else. You can also write 50 articles and let them write a 100.

Solve your time constraints. You have to find out which tasks you can do the fastest; like set a blog. The faster you get yourself going and get leads; the faster you get money in your pocket. Write the tasks you have to do on a daily basis. Do a scedule. Write down what you get paid for. Figure out where you want to be in 90 days then figure out how many hours you would have to spend to achieve that goal. THEN OUTSOURCE IT.

The first thing to do is to sign up for an account at http://www.viralcontentmagic.com/outsource.
o Set up your account.
o Post your job requirements and break it down into tasks.
o Interview your potential assistants.
o Train and guide them. Some people might not have Marketing experience but are extremely good writer and can write excellent articles. Just train them. Your looking for a long term relationship with this person.
o Make sure they communicate well with you fast and efficient, if not move on.
o Typically it should be between $2-$5 an hour for an article, even more if you have less proof reading to do. Article Marketing and spinning should be best done on a flat rate. You gave them the key word and let them do the research, writting and spinning.
o Other tasks typically are better spent hourly then flat rate such as – Facebook, Calling leads, Sending emails, Setting up Capture pages, etc.

After you have found some potential candidates, you must must look for specific things while interviewing them:
o Ask questions about the task at hand.
o English is an absolute must.
o Make sure they have had experience; ask them to show you the work they have done.
o Above all interview them via Skype only.

Do a trial run. Train them. Keep the good one. Treat them well. Keep the task for one or two persons.

On the “outsourcing” website the job description must be explicite:
o Pick the right category.
o What are the skills you need. Be very descriptive.
o What is important for you.
o Period of time you want.
o Mention that you prefer fixe rate for articles.
o Ask what is their specific english level.

On that website you can also do search for a specific job; enter keyword for search.

Facebook is one of those phenomenon online that the smart marketers can’t ignore. It’s they Internet’s 2nd largest social network site with an estimated 140 million users.

The fact is, that there is not a hotter social trend on the whole Internet, and you should be taking advantage of it as much as possible. The starting point for your presence on Facebook is your profile page. Your profile page is basically a landing page that you design in order to convert your friends to engage with certain parts of your identity.

When marketing on Facebook the key is broadening your network. The way to do this is to expand! Start a group and you create a central place for customers, partners, and friends to participate in conversations around your brand. Facebook groups come with boards for posting discussion topics, photos, videos, and links right out of the box. And the best part about Groups is you can create as many as you like for free. While Groups do offer a reasonably robust feature set with no setup, you’re not able to extend their functionality with Facebook applications. In order to use those, you will need to get a Facebook Page.

Pages were launched by Facebook in November 2007 as a way for businesses of many types to easily establish a brand presence on Facebook. Pages are more customizable than groups. You can add HTML, Flash, or even Facebook applications to your pages to extend their functionality. Pages are a good option for small or local businesses that want to establish a presence on Facebook. Like groups, they’re another free and easy way to do viral marketing.

Also join as many groups as you possibly can, send out several comments, write notes, add friends, add events, join events, wall post on Groups, wall post on Friends Walls, post videos in Groups, cross pollinate with other Group Owners, add many photos, make sure all your privacy settings are OFF.

Facebook is a community and users feel like you have their interests in mind, rather than just your own. Community is about communication, and that might be the best advertising you could hope for.

‘Brands’ are already networking and engaging with consumers via Facebook for leverage, a strengthening and generating a better understanding of the brand itself and customer relationships with it, and for participation and valuable feedback. Commercial strengths and opportunities of and within Facebook are actually many.

Now that you know how to get visible on Facebook, I want to tell you that Facebook is not my main marketing strategy. However, I do use it in conjunction with my blogging and content marketing that I learned from some MLSP leaders. Essentially, when I get new subscribers to my traffic newsletter, what I do is I find that person on Facebook.

What I’ve found is this simple act of connecting increases the amount that my subscribers purchase from me by 200%. You see, everything I do is automatically updated on Facebook. I’ve made a lot of great friends this way, and A LOT of money, without annoying a single person. Try it, and let me know how it works!
