Keywords are sure SEO phrases that can bring quality traffic to your site, video presentation, blog, or marketing articles. With the help of major search engines, Internet users create certain targeted vocabulary that attracts people to those areas of the vast internet environment that meet their needs. Without keywords or engines that would conduct searches on them, internet would be the hugest database in the world of inaccessible and dormant information. Keywords help both users and internet based businesses focus on the specific niche and find or display what they need.

Keyword research is a major tool for any internet business. It helps you refine and funnel your efforts to your site or publication which in turn will lead you to having more visitors and customers. There are few businesses that don’t yet take advantage of basic keyword strategies, however, successful enterprises don’t stop on basics, and try to have at least one expert in keyword research and analyses. There are several advantages to having a strategy in this respect:

-          You concert your writing efforts;

-          You don’t loose time publishing irrelevant postings or making useless videos;

-          You focus specifically on your niche;

-          You brand yourself as an expert in your field, targeting several very important keywords for your business;

-          Your clients find exactly what they need. Even if you get just 50 visits a day, having conducted a thorough keyword research guarantees that over 60% of the users that come your way, actually meant to be there.

-          If you decide so, you can choose to compete even against strong rivals for a particular keyword;

-          And finally, you have a good overall picture of the market. During your research you will not only choose the keywords you want to target in your articles or sites, but will also skim through keywords that you might want to target at a later time or find your direct competitors whose experience you can turn to you advantage.

There are many strategies on-line for a proper keyword research. Having studied some of them, and left out the parts that don’t really work, several years ago I have come up with a sure blueprint that works like a Swiss watch.  Here are 3 basic and essential steps that I suggest to all my marketing apprentices when we come to keyword research for article, blog or YouTube marketing:

1. Unfortunately, I have seen quite a few marketers who skip this first step. Before you actually start you study, make sure that you have focused on your business and not on a million other things. Let’s say if you are currently marketing XYZ company, stay somewhere close to it with your keywords. Don’t jump back and forth from one niche to another. Try to be EFFICIENT in you research. If you have found a great keyword that has little relevance to your business right now, note it down and get back to your niche.
2. Get in the shoes of your perspective customers. If you haven’t done so, write down a profile of you average prospect, their needs, AND vocabulary and semantic preferences. Certain people use certain language and if you do a proper psychological analyses you will come up with a list of approximate vocabulary, clichés, sentence and phrase structure. This is interesting stuff, but I will probably write more about this in a later publication.
3. Brainstorm. Get a list of at least 50 keywords for a particular project. Don’t give up until you have ALL 50!!! Give your brains a shake up!!!
4. Use a keyword research tool. You can find dozens of good tools on-line. Some are free like Google Keyword, others are paid like Wordtracker or Keyword Discovery. I recommend starting with a free Google Keyword. It will help you identify keywords that have at least 100 searches a day and low competitiveness. Traffic and competition are two major concerns when choosing a good keyword. If there is no traffic at all – there is no money to be made or your business might not be popular. Too much traffic and competition will not render you higher than third or fourth page with search engines while 95% of people click on the first 8 ratings on the first page.
5. Changing key words just a bit or paraphrasing them can work miracles so don’t neglect thesaurus and dictionary.

These simple steps are enough to get you going for a couple of months. There are dozens of other practical and more advanced strategies that you’ll need to learn.

Multilevel marketing, like any home based business, has specific actions that you have to do if your objective is to build a strong business. In this case, it is your downline (or prospect) recruiting that makes the difference and determines the success or failure of your MLM or network marketing business, and creates an ongoing income for you.

The first question to ask if you are struggling to make money is: how many people do I have on a daily basis going into my funnel. Sponsering people depends on on the number of people you attrack every day. The law of numbers always preval.

If you sponsor 5 peoples in a month and think that those 5 people will sponsor another 5 peoples in a month then those will repeat the same patern. It doesn’t work that way!

Every 3 times this happens, the heavy hitter will pop up and the team will gain speed and momentum. But you have to be moving fast enough to get these results and
to get these heavy hitters. In fact the faster you move the more likely you get much more than 10 out of every 30.

You have to bring as many people into your organisation until you find that One person. That Super Star. You get paid to bring people into your business not to train them. The more people, the more money you will make. The law of average.

With a Large Numbers mentality, you do something even better than committing. You also adopt a strategy to make your objectives become realities.

Even more significant is that fact that Large Numbers recruiters really don’t care if they recruit each and every person. Don’t worry about people that are falling out. Focus on sponsoring; always keep in mind the conversion ratio.

Many internet marketers very often talk about the number of leads, sign-ups and various strategies of getting them, while forgetting why they really need all this. I don’t want to sound cynical, and think that I am a realist in believing that there is only one reason why you need to generate leads and get prospects. You do it to grow you business and ultimately earn money out of the time and effort you invested in the opportunity.

1. There are generally 2 types of leads and sign-ups: good and bad. When honest internet marketers talk about sign-ups they mean quality leads and sign-ups, of whom at least 15% will result in sponsored prospects. Companies that sell you sign-ups talk a lot about what they offer but avoid the question of how good this sign-ups are. And their strategy is obvious: they promise you sing-ups (ANY sing-ups) and deliver them, never mentioning how many of their sign-ups are indeed ready to join your business. There are even some liars who run away sooner than that.
2. Guaranteed sign-up scams are focused on newbies who are desperate to get any leads and prospects because they were never taught how to generate quality leads. Seasoned marketers will never fall for it.
3. Such companies simply hire people to create e-mails and sing-up to your company. After they have done so, you will never hear from them again. Managers of these companies claim that they don’t pay anyone to do it because it is too expensive for them, but, indeed if you hire people from India and Philippines they can do this kind of singing up for less than $1 an hour. And in that hour they’ll create anywhere from 5 to 20 sing ups. So if you pay 200 dollars for 100 sign-ups they will pay somebody about 20 dollars to get these ‘ESPECIALLY FOR YOU’
4. Remember that EFFICIENCY is a key word to mlm. If you are really set on paying for sin-ups, please, calculate how many prospects you get from 100 sing-ups generated in this way. You will see that there won’t be ANY. The scam is not concerned about your business – they just want your money.
5. In general, NOONE will manage your internet business better than yourself. So think twice before you outsource parts or all of your business to a third party. You need your business to be effective and your name respected. With “guaranteed” sing-ups you will have neither, but a reputation of throwing you money on the wind.
6. The sing-ups will have little idea of what internet marketing or what your particular company is.
7. The company will sell the same sign-ups to another one like you later one. This is, really, of little importance since these sing-ups are crap. But even if they were quality ones, this would lead to direct competition.

In order to succeed in mlm first get proficient at sure ways of generating leads like article marketing, video, blogging and SEO, and only then experiment with seemingly “fool-proof” strategies. Mlm is an interesting business opportunity but no one said that you could just pay no-names $100 and get it all figured out. Don’t let scammers fool you and don’t throw the money down the drain.
